About The Role
The role owns full-cycle recruiting for technical and business teams, partnering with hiring managers to hire software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other high-impact talent.
You will build targeted talent pipelines, run structured candidate processes, and deliver a clear, responsive experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. The role is based remotely in Raleigh, NC and works closely with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debriefs, offer development, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and hiring timelines
- Source technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, Boolean search, and targeted outreach
- Coordinate structured interviews using tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Calendly, and Google Workspace
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and report on funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source quality, and offer acceptance
- Deliver timely, consistent candidate communication and identify process improvements across the recruiting funnel
- Build relationships with recruiting agencies, technical communities, and university or professional talent networks

- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technology company or high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, DevOps, data, security, or product
- Hands-on proficiency with an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and interview scheduling platforms
- Strong candidate assessment, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches, interview loops, and competing deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience
- Bonus: Experience with Greenhouse or Lever, technical sourcing through GitHub, recruiting analytics, employer branding, or distributed-team hiring
