Senior Product Graphic Designer (Remote - Colorado)

We're looking for a Product Graphic Designer who loves creating custom artwork and helping bring customer ideas to life.

This isn't a marketing design role, and it isn't a production artist role. Your primary focus will be designing / illustrating graphics for apparel and other branded merch while creating polished customer presentations that showcase those ideas.

One day you might be illustrating custom race t-shirts for a mountain bike event. The next, you could be creating a collection of decorated hats for a brewery or building a presentation featuring a variety of branded outdoor products for a ski and snowboard organization.

• Design custom graphics for apparel, headwear, and other branded merchandise.
• Create multiple designs based on customer ideas and direction.

• Build polished customer presentations that showcase products and artwork.
• Create realistic product mockups.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop creative solutions for customers.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Continuously explore design trends, illustration styles, and creative ideas.
  

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. You'll live and breathe Illustrator in this role.
• Strong typography, layout, and illustration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  

• Experience designing apparel or branded merchandise.
• Experience working in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products.
• Familiarity with apparel decoration methods and design limitations.
• Experience creating customer-facing presentations or product mockups.

Please include your design portfolio of at least 3-5 projects that demonstrate custom merchandise or illustrative design, along with your resume.
