⚡ The Opportunity
We're seeking a senior controls and reliability expert to become the technical authority for BMS, EPMS, controls logic, and telemetry across a growing fleet of mission-critical facilities. This role sits at the intersection of operations, engineering, and innovation, using advanced data analysis and automation expertise to improve reliability at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forensic analysis of BMS and EPMS data to identify root causes of critical infrastructure incidents and recurring failures
- Review and optimise controls logic and Sequences of Operation (SOO) for new capital projects and operational improvements
- Conduct fleet-wide audits of facility controls, alarms, telemetry, and automation performance
- Partner with engineering and innovation teams to validate emerging cooling technologies and control strategies
- Provide Tier-3 technical escalation support and executive-level incident reporting during critical events

💡 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments
- Deep expertise in BMS, controls systems, PLC/DDC logic, industrial protocols, and large-scale mechanical infrastructure
- Strong understanding of chiller plant operations, automation systems, telemetry, and reliability engineering
- Experience with platforms such as Delta Controls, ALC, or similar building automation technologies
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations for operational and executive stakeholders
