Join a cloud-focused DevOps team responsible for supporting critical shared services within a modern, cloud-native software environment.
In this role, you will help strengthen cloud infrastructure, automate provisioning, and modernize continuous delivery practices across development and production environments.
You will work hands-on with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes while partnering closely with engineering teams.

Accountabilities
- Cloud Infrastructure and Automation: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure within Microsoft Azure using Terraform, while helping create reliable and repeatable environments across development and production.
- Infrastructure Reliability: Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and contribute to continuous improvements that strengthen platform reliability and availability.
- CI/CD Delivery: Build, maintain, and optimize GitHub Actions pipelines that enable efficient software releases, while introducing automated validation and continuous feedback into delivery workflows.
- GitOps and Deployment Practices: Apply GitOps methodologies and declarative infrastructure configurations to create consistent, automated deployment patterns and improve release management.
- Kubernetes Operations: Deploy, maintain, and scale containerized applications within Azure Kubernetes Service, contributing to the stability and performance of cloud-native environments.
- Engineering Collaboration: Partner directly with development and feature teams to improve release processes, simplify technical workflows, and identify opportunities to increase delivery efficiency through automation.
- Technical Support and On-Call: Act as a technical contributor for escalated infrastructure issues and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to address critical incidents and maintain platform availability.

- DevOps Experience: Bring at least 4 years of DevOps experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure.
- Azure and Terraform: Demonstrate practical experience building, managing, and automating production cloud environments using Microsoft Azure and Terraform.
- CI/CD: Have solid experience designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and applying continuous integration and continuous deployment principles.
- Kubernetes: Have hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and scaling containerized application environments, particularly with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS); exposure to EKS is also valuable.
- Scripting and Automation: Be comfortable using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate routine operational tasks and improve engineering workflows.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Demonstrate pragmatic problem-solving skills, the ability to simplify complex technical architectures, and a collaborative approach to working with engineering teams.

- Education: Have a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, with equivalent practical experience also valued.
- Additional DevOps Knowledge: Exposure to GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux CD, security scanning tools such as SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Mend, or Twistlock, and monitoring or logging platforms such as Kibana, Grafana, Datadog, or Azure Monitor is advantageous.
- Cloud and Certifications: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services is a plus, while Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification is desirable.
- AI-Assisted Development: An interest in using AI-assisted workflows to support code generation, pipeline troubleshooting, and other DevOps activities is an advantage.
