ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct integration, accessibility, ad-hoc, sanity, and full regression testing across various browsers, devices, and operating systems as part of release cycles
- Analyze complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system
- Understand and represent customer needs in product feedback discussions
- Customer centric mindset to come up with test scenarios that test much more than stated use cases.
- Participate in release management and post deployment testing
- Use bug tracking tools to identify, prioritize, and track defects across different platforms.
- Design test plans, write test cases, and review functional requirement documentation specific to each platform.
- Work closely with cross functional teams, i.e. web/Android/iOS developers, QAs, product management, and design team to understand platform-specific requirements and to ensure consistent quality standards across platforms. Ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years (junior level) or 5 years (senior level) of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing web, Android and/or iOS applications.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools, i.e. charles proxy, Jira
