Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Motion Graphic Designer at Tecosys. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for digital products, marketing campaigns, product demos, and explainer videos. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and designing motion sequences, animating graphics and typography, and producing video content that communicates complex deeptech concepts in a clear, engaging way. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate ideas into visual stories, optimizing assets for various platforms, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs. The Motion Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, follow project timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of visual standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-based storytelling.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating production-ready Graphics for various formats.
• Ability to work with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout principles.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and graphic design work relevant to tech or innovation-focused brands.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in AI, deeptech, or cognitive infrastructure technologies is an advantage.

Compensation & Work Policy

1. Compensation

* The compensation for the first 3 months will be **₹10,000 per month**.

* Salary revisions will be based on **performance, work quality, consistency, and overall contribution**.

* Any salary increase will be considered based on individual performance and business requirements.

2. Working Hours

* **7 hours of work per day**

* **5 working days per week**

* Working hours will be mutually communicated and agreed upon before joining.

* Employees are expected to be available and responsive during their agreed working hours.

3. Work From Home

* This is a **fully remote / work-from-home role**.

* The employee is responsible for maintaining a suitable working environment and a reliable internet connection.

* All assigned work, meetings, communication, and deadlines must be handled remotely.

4. Performance & Responsibilities

* The employee is expected to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

* Work should meet the quality standards and requirements mentioned in the Job Description (JD).

* Performance will be evaluated based on quality, productivity, communication, reliability, and adherence to deadlines.

5. Continuation After 3 Months

* Continuation beyond the initial 3-month period will depend on **performance and mutual agreement**.

* Compensation may be reviewed at that stage based on performance and responsibilities.

* A strong performance may lead to an increase in compensation and/or additional responsibilities.

6. Professional Conduct

* Maintain professional communication with the team and management.

* Respect deadlines, meetings, company processes, and confidentiality.

* Any company or client information accessed during the role must be kept confidential.

7. Agreement

By accepting the role, the employee confirms that they have read and understood the above compensation and work policy and are willing to follow the stated terms
