Job Description
Marketing VP
Location: Remote, regular travel to clinic
Pure Aesthetics is seeking an entrepreneurial, analytically-minded Marketing VP to own the marketing strategy and execution behind our expansion. We are growing two ways: opening new Pure Aesthetics clinics from the ground up, and acquiring established aesthetics practices and transitioning them to the Pure brand. This role owns the full marketing lifecycle for both, from pre-opening demand generation and launch, through rebrand and patient transition, into steady-state acquisition, retention, and reactivation. The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with rigorous measurement, has launched locations or brands before, and wants to build the marketing engine of a fast-growing, multi-site medical aesthetics platform.
At Pure, we are a data-driven organization. We believe strong marketing combines creativity with rigorous measurement and accountability. The ideal candidate will be highly comfortable with metrics, performance analysis, and using data to determine where we invest, what we change, and what we scale.
This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role. You will partner closely with operations, clinic leadership, agencies, vendors, and senior leadership to take new locations from pre-launch planning through opening and into their initial ramp period.
Core Responsibilities
1. Building & Managing the Marketing Infrastructure
- Support buildout of systems, dashboards, and tools that track organizational performance across channels. Evaluate channel performance regularly and shift resources toward initiatives generating the strongest returns
- Manage marketing budget with a strong focus on efficiency and return on investment.
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with provider availability, clinic capacity, and broader business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
- Manage external agencies, including MarketMade and other partners, across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Establish and monitor clear KPIs across marketing initiatives: Cost per lead, Lead-to-booking conversion, New patient volume, Customer acquisition cost, Marketing ROI, Patient retention and rebooking, Clinic ramp against plan
- Identify trends and areas of underperformance and translate data into specific actions.
2. Operational Interfacing
- Ensure marketing does not end when a lead comes to the front desk: support the execution & tracking of lead to established, rebooked patient
- Track retention, rebookings, and long-term loyalty to the brand, and design strategies to cultivate patient loyalty.
- Support team on existing marketing strategy across email and SMS: welcome flows, post-visit journeys, retention and rebooking sequences, win-back campaigns, and membership/package promotions, using segmentation and automation to increase visit frequency and patient lifetime value.
- Work with the marketing team to manage email and SMS calendar so communications stay consistent, on-brand, and aligned with clinic capacity and current promotions.
- Map the patient journey from first touch through consultation, treatment, and rebooking; identify friction points and fix them with clinic leadership.
- Own website strategy and performance: UX, conversion rate optimization, landing page and booking-flow testing, and analytics (GA4).
- Contribute to SEO and AI-search (AEO/GEO) strategy, including on-page optimization, local listings, and content recommendations.

- Develop market-specific launch strategies based on local demographics, competition, brand awareness, clinic capacity, and growth targets.
- Establish clear launch KPIs.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to guide positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
- Manage launch initiatives across digital advertising, SEO, website and landing pages, email and SMS, social media, local PR, influencers, promotions, grand opening, etc.
- Monitor launch performance closely and adjust spend, channel mix, and tactics based on results.
4. Rebrands & Acquired Practice Transitions
- Own the marketing strategy and execution for acquired practices transitioning to a Pure Aesthetics.
- Build rebrand plans that maintain patient trust while introducing the new brand and creating new market momentum.
- Coordinate the transition of websites, domains, Google Business Profiles, social media, email and SMS communications, paid advertising, in-clinic signage, collateral, and other patient-facing materials.
- Develop patient communication strategies focused on retention, reactivation, and continuity of care.
